We are committed to your peace, love and happiness with xenadu products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know and we will help straight away to see how we can make it right.

30-Day Return Policy
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date if they arrive damaged or defective, or we’ve made a rare, spell-resistant, devastating error (we are mostly human!). Slight color variations from what you see on your computer or mobile device screen should be expected, but please reach out if something looks terribly wrong.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@xenadu.com. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned to include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less any discounts and shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
